Course Objectives

Acquire technical knowledge on the principles of good maintenance practice for commercial, residential and industrial buildings, as well as identify the proper preventive and remedial measures needed to minimize maintenance cost.

B) Concrete defects and repairs
C) Water seepage problems
D) Defects of wall and floor finishes
E) Defects of common areas
F) Maintainability issues

APFM will be awarding 6 CPD hours for this course.
